In the early morning hours of Monday, June 24, 2024, the vibrant life of 35-year-old Terrell Massey was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in New Orleans. The shooting occurred around 1:18 a.m. near the intersection of Thalia and Baronne Streets in the Central City neighborhood.
