In the early morning hours of April 27, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Daon M. Scott was cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Authorities discovered Scott's body around 3:15 a.m. near BREC's Longfellow Park on Longfellow Drive. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
