In the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the life of 48-year-old Craig Declouiet, a male resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Responding to a welfare check at an apartment complex on 18th Street, Lake Charles Police officers discovered Declouiet lying on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound.
