In the late afternoon hours of a Tuesday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Jashawn Neal, a male, was tragically cut short. On March 26, 2024, at approximately 4:28 p.m., gunfire erupted at the Colonial Terrace apartment complex on Wooddale Boulevard, leaving a scene of violence and sorrow.
