In the evening hours of Wednesday, November 22, 2023, tragedy struck in Baton Rouge when a young man, Zatravian Lee, became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. in the 7600 block of East Industrial Avenue, an area off Wooddale Boulevard. Zatravian, who was 18 or 19 years old, sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
