In the late hours of a Thursday in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Kaleah Aiyanna Graham was tragically cut short. On November 16, 2023, Graham, a Black female, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling southbound in the 7800 block of Jewella Avenue. Alongside her was 24-year-old Jessie Ashley. As they made their way down the street, another vehicle pulled up beside them and unleashed a hail of gunfire in their direction.
