In the fall of 2023, a domestic argument on a Sunday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, ended in the tragic death of 39-year-old Leticia Darcel Elliott. On the evening of October 29th, in the 3100 block of Jackson Avenue, an altercation between Elliott and 37-year-old Daniel White escalated to a fatal degree.
