In the late summer of 2023, a young life was abruptly cut short in the Little Woods neighborhood of New Orleans. Richard Baker, a 19-year-old male, was found deceased on Wednesday, August 23rd, the victim of gun violence. The discovery was made after police responded to reports of a shooting.
