In the winter of 2023, the life of 13-year-old Keddrick Demond Turner was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On the afternoon of Thursday, January 26th, shots rang out on Sharon Hills Boulevard. Authorities with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 4:50 p.m. and discovered that a young teenager had been struck by gunfire.
