In the early morning hours of Saturday, October 7, 2017, the body of Michael Ray Randall, a 75-year-old White/Caucasian male, was discovered in Phoenix, Arizona. He was found at approximately 5:15 a.m. outside of his maroon PT Cruiser. The vehicle was located at 6300 West Broadway Road, near a freeway construction site on the south side of the road.
