On June 1, 2024, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Cleveland police responded to an alert from ShotSpotter, a gunshot detection system, in the area of East 109th Street and Prince Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men who had been shot inside a stolen vehicle.
The victims were identified as Sylvon Robinson, 27, of Cleveland, and Bralon Shepherd, 26, of Garfield Heights. Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene, while Shepherd was transported to a hospital where he later succumbed
