On May 4, 2024, at approximately 1:20 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person not breathing at a residence in the 2700 block of Niagara Street in Colerain Township, Ohio. Upon arrival, they discovered 30-year-old DeVintre L. Gill, known affectionately as "Buddha," with a gunshot wound to the head. Despite life-saving efforts by Colerain Fire and EMS personnel, Gill was pronounced dead at the scene.
