In the early morning hours of January 14, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Seely Rudolph, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rudolph was fatally shot in the head in what has been described as an accidental shooting. The incident occurred near 31st and 129th E. Ave. around 2:15 a.m.
