In the early morning hours of Sunday, December 10, 2023, a discovery was made behind a restaurant near 21st Street and Garnett in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A man, later identified as 24-year-old Yeison Gustavo-Tecun, was found unresponsive. When officers arrived around 7:30 a.m., they found that Gustavo-Tecun had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene.
