In the quiet hours of a Saturday evening in Oklahoma City, tragedy befell Rocky Gonzalez, a 28-year-old Hispanic male. On January 7, 2023, residents of the Drexel Flats Apartment complex near 8800 S. Drexel were startled by the sound of gunshots, prompting calls to 911.
