In the early morning hours of April 16, 2023, the life of Dahlon I. Hall, a 23-year-old Black/African American man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short by gun violence. Hall was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after emergency responders arrived.
