In the quiet neighborhood of Original Northwood in Baltimore, the evening of September 15, 2024, was shattered by violence. Reginald Bernard Harrod, a 59-year-old Black man affectionately known as 'Unk Nard' to his many friends and neighbors, was found suffering from gunshot wounds to his abdomen.
