In the quiet community of Crofton, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on the evening of March 28, 2024. A 43-year-old man, Tommy Lee Williams Jr. of Capitol Heights, was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of his gray Hyundai Santa Fe.
