In the quiet community of Crofton, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on the evening of March 28, 2024. A 43-year-old man, Tommy Lee Williams Jr. of Capitol Heights, was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of his gray Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle was parked in the 2100 block of Baldwin Avenue, where a passerby noticed him and alerted the authorities around 6:40 p.m.
