In the late morning of a Tuesday in Baltimore, the life of Timothy Lamont Peaks was tragically cut short. On March 12, 2024, officers from the Baltimore Police Department were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Glover Street around 11:34 a.m. following a ShotSpotter alert. Upon their arrival, they discovered a 57-year-old Black male, later identified as Peaks, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound.
