In the autumn of 2023, a young life was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the afternoon of October 17th, police responded to a call about an unresponsive person in the 2400 block of East Northern Parkway. There, they discovered the body of 23-year-old Tyler Marine, a Black male who had fallen victim to a brutal act of violence. Medical personnel who arrived at the scene could do nothing for him and he was pronounced dead.
