In the early morning hours of October 16, 2023, the body of Christopher Miller, a 46-year-old Black male, was discovered inside a vacant house in Baltimore, Maryland. An anonymous call led Central District patrol officers to the 700 block of Mura Street at approximately 5:13 a.m. Upon entering the abandoned dwelling, officers found Miller deceased at the scene, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
