In the late hours of a Sunday evening in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, the life of 20-year-old Jedidiah Kehiku Ogboi-Gibson was tragically cut short. On May 14, 2023, at approximately 10:36 p.m., Montgomery County Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1300 block of Fenwick Lane. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ogboi-Gibson in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound.
