On the evening of May 10, 2023, Darren Lamar Shipley, a 29-year-old male, was shot and killed in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 8:35 p.m. on the 4500 block of Wakefield Road in the Northwest District. Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting and found Shipley at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics transported him to a local hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
