In the evening hours of a late spring day, tragedy struck in a Baltimore neighborhood. On April 29, 2023, in the 3800 block of Harlem Avenue, the life of 43-year-old Samuel Green was cut short by gunfire. The Black male was found by Southwest District patrol officers who had been called to the scene for a report of a shooting at approximately 8:20 p.m.
