In the spring of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Donovan Flood-Mims was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of April 9th, at approximately 2:31 p.m., he was found on the 1600 block of Chilton Street in Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male, Flood-Mims, had been the victim of a shooting.
