On the evening of April 1, 2023, 69-year-old Darlene Briscoe, a Black female, was tragically killed in a quadruple shooting in Northeast Baltimore. The incident unfolded on Woodring Avenue, where police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 8:43 p.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a violent scene with four individuals having been shot.
