In the early morning hours of July 1, 2015, a normal night out turned tragic inside a southwest Atlanta nightclub. Clarence Carter, a 26-year-old African-American male from Fairburn, Georgia, was inside the Blue Ivory Restaurant & Lounge on Whitehall Street when his life was cut short.
