Rufus Witcher, a 36-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2024. The incident occurred inside a business located in the 900 block of Nine Mile Road in eastern Henrico County. Witcher was found deceased alongside another victim, 31-year-old Jemarlo Tisdale of Richmond.
