In the autumn of 2014, the life of Marlon McClendon, a 29-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Savannah, Georgia. On the evening of October 15th, at approximately 7:58 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the calm at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Utah Street.
