On the evening of September 12, 2024, Rodney Garner, aged 58, was fatally shot in Kansas City, Missouri. Police responded to reports of a disturbance around 8:30 p.m. in the 4200 block of Agnes Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Garner unresponsive on the front porch of a residence, suffering from gunshot wounds.
