Kelton Dukes, a 24-year-old Black male from the 300 block of Atwater Drive in St. Louis, Missouri, was fatally injured during an early morning incident the day after Christmas in 2023. At approximately 5:57 a.m. on December 26, authorities received a call for service regarding a shooting in the City of Riverview. Officers rushed to the 10000 block of Sheldon Drive, where they discovered Dukes suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
