On August 13, 2023, the life of 44-year-old male David Eugene Clark was tragically cut short in a shooting incident in Kansas City, Missouri. Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 3600 block of Norton Avenue just before 6:00 p.m. following reports of gunfire.
