In the early morning hours of June 25, 2023, tragedy struck in Kansas City, Missouri, claiming the life of 36-year-old Ivan Raynard Tyson Jr. A male victim of gun violence, Tyson was shot around 3 a.m. in the vicinity of East 31st Street and Prospect Avenue.
