In the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood of St. Louis, a sense of unease settled over the 5700 block of St. Louis Avenue on the evening of April 7, 2023. Inside his own home, a place that should have been a sanctuary, 51-year-old Charlie Taylor Jr., a male, was found dead.
