In the early morning hours of a September day in 2009, the life of 39-year-old Ivory Thomas was tragically cut short on a sidewalk in southwest Atlanta. He was discovered at approximately 5:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Alison Court, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
