On November 26, 2023, at approximately 4:00 a.m., High Point Police Department officers responded to a call in the 600 block of Blair Avenue in High Point, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered 29-year-old Shantana D. Bailey deceased from a gunshot wound. Investigators quickly determined that this was an isolated incident.
