On May 14, 2023, at approximately 12:30 a.m., 31-year-old Shaniqua Nechelle Colvin was fatally shot at a residence on Trumilla Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Responding to reports of a shooting, deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office arrived to find Colvin deceased at the scene.
