In the evening hours of Saturday, June 1, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on the 900 block of South 58th Street in Philadelphia. When the chaos subsided, four individuals were left wounded. Responding Philadelphia Police officers, arriving at the scene at 10:37 p.m., discovered two of the victims in the street, while two others had already been transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania – Cedar Avenue.
