On November 28, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Pocono Township police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a firearm at a residence on Ski Side Drive in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds: 39-year-old Kyle Campbell Worrell and his girlfriend, 37-year-old Leilani Greaves Ramos.
