On August 8, 2023, at approximately 2:11 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 700 block of West Wyoming Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Joshua Evans Dominique suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
