On August 4, 2023, at approximately 1:38 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting incident on the 1900 block of East Allegheny Avenue in the Kensington neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims lying in the street, both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
