On July 7, 2023, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 6100 block of Locust Street in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 42-year-old Nicole Lee-Bullock and her husband, 47-year-old Andrew Bullock, lying on the sidewalk just steps away from their residence.
