In the East Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia on June 22, 2023, a violent incident cut short the life of 30-year-old Khalif Chambers. He was one of three people found with gunshot wounds in the vicinity of the 700 block of Locust Avenue following a police response to a call regarding a person with a gun.
