On April 4, 2023, in Boggs Township, Pennsylvania, 28-year-old Alesha Marie (Kirkwood) Johns tragically lost her life in a murder-suicide incident involving her husband, Trenton Johns. The Pennsylvania State Police reported that between 5:51 p.m. and 6:11 p.m., a domestic altercation occurred at their residence on Elkin Road. As Alesha attempted to leave, Trenton retrieved a firearm from his pants and fatally shot her from behind before taking his own life.
