In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the life of Julius Lamar 'Scraff' Robinson, a 42-year-old male, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On March 12, 2023, in the parking lot of the Penn Towers apartment building on Frankstown Road in Penn Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Robinson was shot multiple times. First responders arrived at the scene around 3:11 a.m. to find him deceased.
