On February 14, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a shooting incident at 710 W. 12th Street in the College Hill Courts area. Upon arrival, officers found 26-year-old Keyshawn Kidd suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. A 27-year-old woman, also injured in the shooting, was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries.
