Juan Garcia, a 43-year-old resident of Paramount, California, was fatally shot on November 11, 2024. The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 a.m. near the intersection of the Long Beach (710) Freeway and Somerset Boulevard. Emergency responders pronounced Garcia dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
