On the evening of July 21, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers from the Tracy Police Department responded to a report of a deceased individual at a residence in the 1700 block of Thicket Court in Tracy, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 65-year-old Carla Carroll, who was pronounced dead at the scene and was identified as the obvious victim of a homicide.
