On February 6, 2023, at approximately 7:45 a.m., San Diego Police Department officers responded to a domestic violence call at a residence in the 200 block of Siena Street in the Skyline neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered 78-year-old Mildred Ahmad with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite emergency medical efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
