On January 29, 2023, at approximately 12:08 a.m., 33-year-old Justin Rodriguez was fatally shot in Montebello, California. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Taylor Avenue, where Rodriguez was found in a carport suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Bureau was called to assist the Montebello Police Department in the investigation.
